Shipping Policy
**SOME PRODUCTS SHIP FROM OUR CENTERS IN EUROPE & ITALY TO USA**
K7J fashions are custom designed, cut and sewn in the USA, which is why it takes longer to arrive to you. After the order has been paid, we need 1-3 days to process your order before we start to create it. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival of 14 to 20 days, custom shoes may take an additional 3 days. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by shipping arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service by email at mainoffice@iccunlimitedllc.com to verify within 15 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. You have a max of 14 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 14 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 14 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
2. You must pay for shipping back to our USA postal location, P.O. Box 3486 Harker Heights, Texas 76548, then send it back within 14 days from the purchase date.
3. After you have already returned item(s) from an order and we receive it. We'll issue a refund for the item received, providing that the item(s) are not damaged, have excessive wear, stained, soiled or smells, and able to be re-sold at a discount.
